Vinification :Percentage of grapes sorted, de-stemmed and soaked for two and a half days. Juice extracted. Blending of this juice with the juice from the press. Complete malolactic fermentation, three extractions and one filtration carried out before bottling.
Organoleptic Analysis :Beautiful rich red colour. Nose dominated by fruits of the forest, redcurrants and raspberries. Rich mouthfeel with a lot of fruit and a redcurrant and liquorice finish.
