Description
Niida Shizenshu Taruzake is aged in cedar barrels, and its
aroma and ingredients are incorporated into the sake to create
a kimoto. Aged in barrels using cedar wood from Niida
Honke’s own mountain. If the sake is well chilled, the aroma
of the barrel will be much less noticeable, but instead the
sweet aroma of the rice will be more noticeable. It has a clean
and rich taste that is typical of Niida Honke.
